1. Sponsor
The sponsor of this giveaway is RSRV Collective (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older who are legal residents of the continental United States and who have access to a participating Sprouts location. Employees of RSRV Collective, Sprouts Farmers Market, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on January 5, 2025, at 12:01 AM EST and ends on January 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST unless extended by the Sponsor. Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
To participate, entrants must complete the following steps:

- Visit a participating Sprouts location and purchase an RSRV Variety Pack from the “New for You!” Innovation Display. Retain your purchase receipt.
- Post a photo or video of your RSRV Variety Pack on your Instagram Story, tag @rsrvcollective, and include the hashtag #RSRVatSprouts.
- Send a direct message (DM) to @rsrvcollective on Instagram with a photo of your purchase receipt.

The first 50 eligible participants who complete all the steps will win. Limit one entry per person.

5. Prize
The first 50 eligible participants will receive a set of two RSRV Twister Tumblers (Approximate Retail Value: $29). Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. One prize eligible per customer.

6. Winner Selection
Prizes will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 50 eligible participants who follow the instructions and submit proof of purchase. Sponsor will notify winners via Instagram Direct Message.

7. Claiming the Prize
Winners must provide a valid shipping address within the United States to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of receiving the notification, the prize may be forfeited, and the next eligible entrant will be selected.

8. Additional Terms

By participating, entrants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and Instagram handle in promotional materials related to this giveaway without further compensation. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for reasons beyond its control, including technical issues, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Sprouts Farmers Market, and their respective affiliates and employees from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or the use of the prize.

9. Disqualification
Entries that do not comply with the terms outlined above, including incomplete or fraudulent entries, will be disqualified.

10. Privacy
Information collected as part of this giveaway will only be used to administer the contest and deliver prizes.

11. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of North Carolina.
